In a German court Apple is claimed to be able to make Motorola destroy their devices. Infringed upon EU Patent No. EP2059868 has a consequence now. They can throw tons of Motorola phones onto a pyre and set them ablaze. According to Gizmodo.com. Though it seems a bit overboard Motorola can just update and the problem will be solved. I believe the whole thing is unnecessary.
